Our doors are always open to new patients and their families. Please call our office so that one of our team members can help welcome you to the practice.
We take great pride in being on time for appointments and do our best to schedule them at your convenience. Early morning appointments are reserved for younger children.
- Routine Cleanings
We encourage you to schedule your child's next cleaning and exam during your child's visit. This is especially important if you want those desirable early morning and after school time slots.
- Emergencies
A dental emergency can occur at anytime; therefore, Dr. Solomon or a fellow pediatric dentist in the area is on call 24 hours a day for his established patients. If you need to reach Dr. Solomon after business hours, please call the office number at 925-447-1377 and our answering service will get a hold of Dr. Solomon immediately.
- Cancellations
We understand sickness and emergencies may prevent you from making scheduled appointments. Should you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. Out of courtesy to others, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your child's appointment should you need to reschedule appointed treatment for non-emergent reasons. We will reschedule your child as the schedule allows. Please understand the best appointment times are difficult to obtain with short notice. Because we have reserved that block of time specifically for your child, there is a fee for failed appointments.
